Panerai Submersible QuarantaQuattro Mike Horn Edition PAM01676

Mike Horn, the renowned adventurer and Panerai ambassador for nearly two decades, continues to test the limits of his gear, including his watches. His latest collaboration with Panerai, the Submersible QuarantaQuattro PAM01676, is a testament to the resilience of the brand's timepieces, built to withstand the harshest conditions—from polar expeditions to underwater exploration.

This new model is based on the well-known 44mm Submersible QuarantaQuattro, which features the signature rotating bezel of Panerai's dive watches. The PAM01676 maintains the brand's robust design, perfect for both land and sea adventures. It features a 44mm stainless steel case with a thickness of 13mm and a fully brushed surface. The unidirectional bezel is equipped with a ceramic insert and a 60-minute scale, along with a lumed pearl for readability underwater. The crown is protected by Panerai’s trademark locking device and is coated in blue rubber for a secure grip.

The blue dial is vertically brushed, with yellow accents that make it stand out, a nod to previous Mike Horn editions. The markers are 20% wider than usual, providing better visibility in low-light conditions. The date window, typically found at 3 o'clock, has been removed, and the small seconds hand is highlighted in bright yellow.

Inside, the PAM01676 is powered by the automatic calibre P.900, offering a 3-day power reserve. This movement runs at a frequency of 4Hz and features a stop-seconds function for precise timekeeping. The watch is water-resistant up to 300 meters and has undergone testing at pressures 25% greater than the guaranteed resistance.

The PAM01676 comes with two strap options: a blue rubber strap and a bi-material strap, both secured by a brushed steel pin buckle. Whether you’re scaling mountains or diving deep into the ocean, this watch is built for adventurers who need a reliable and durable companion.
